Contact form
When you use the contact form, the following information may be collected:
first name, last name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
This data is used solely to review your request, reply to you and follow up on any related exchanges.
Fields marked as required are necessary in order to process your request. The “Company” field is optional.
Depending on the nature of your request, the processing is based either on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract or on Travel Etc’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The information is intended for Travel Etc and for the technical service providers required for the operation of the website, its hosting and email services.
Messages sent through the form are not additionally stored in a WordPress database. They are sent to info@travel-etc.fr.
Exchanges related to a contact request are kept for 2 years from the date of the last exchange, unless a different retention period is required in connection with a contractual relationship or a legal obligation.
Cookies and trackers
Travel Etc has chosen to limit the use of cookies and third-party services as much as possible.
The website does not use any audience measurement tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or profiling tools.
It also does not automatically load social media feeds, external reCAPTCHA services or third-party content for tracking purposes.
The website uses Polylang to provide content in French and English. Polylang may place a functional cookie named pll_language, which remembers the language used during your visit. Its default lifespan is 1 year.
This cookie is used solely to manage language preferences. It is not used to measure audiences or track browsing for commercial purposes.
In the website’s current configuration, no tracker requiring your consent is used. No cookie consent banner is therefore displayed.

The website is hosted by WP SERVEUR, a French company belonging to the CELESTE group.
