Support tailored to your short-, medium- and long-term needs
With this type of engagement, my role is to drive your CSR strategy within your organisation and act as your dedicated point of contact for all sustainability-related matters.
We can work in depth on your ongoing and upcoming initiatives, while engaging your team and fostering a genuine sustainability mindset across the organisation.
We can define a specific number of working days or agree on a fixed-term package, depending on your needs.
Key strategic possible documents:
- A public CSR report
- An environmental and social charter

- A sustainable procurement policy
- Your double materiality assessment

Deliverables may include:
- Benchmarking potential partners based on your targeted initiatives

OPTION 2
Obtaining the Green Key certification
The Green Key certification, highly valued in the European market, is a great starting point for developing or showcasing your CSR commitments. As a qualified Green Key consultant, I can support you in meeting the certification’s requirements as effectively as possible.
PLEASE NOTE : the criterias are changing in 2027, and expectations are evolving!
My support can range from:
- Advice throughout the certification process, for a few hours or days;
- A more comprehensive support package, including a mock audit and the mandatory 7-hour training to introduce the label to your inhouse CSR point of contact;
- Full delegation of the certification process throughout the application period, with regular check-ins with your organisation’s inhouse CSR delegate.
Deliverables may include:
- Monthly reports detailing completed tasks and remaining steps;
- Training certificate for your inhouse CSR point of contactE

OPTION 3
Environmental audit
Understanding your environmental impact is not always straightforward, as it involves many different factors. I can help you gain a clearer picture of the environmental impact of your day-to-day practices through an environmental audit, resulting in a FairScore (formerly known as the étiquette environnementale).
Fairmoove Solutions developed this assessment, and I have been trained on their tools and methodology so that I can support hotels throughout the evaluation process.
My support can range from:
- An on-site environmental audit, including the creation of your FairScore and a personalised action plan;
- Ongoing support to implement the action plan within your hotel, and with a regular update of your FairScore.
Deliverables may include:
- A certified FairScore (or a non-certified assessment), which can be displayed on Booking.com if you achieve a C- rating and above;
- A personalised action plan.
The benefits of this support:
- Gain an LCA-based assessment of your environmental impacts and understand where they come from;
- Prioritise your key areas for action according to your objectives;
- Have a fully personalised action plan, including actions that vary in complexity and cost. With its integrated benchmarks and ratios, this document can also be a valuable tool to present to investors.
OPTION 4
Worskops and trainings
As part of this offering, I provide both mandatory training courses and training sessions and workshops designed to support your sustainability journey.
Among the mandatory training courses:
- Atout France AF237 training on eco-friendly practices related to energy, water and waste management – half a day
- Green Key certification training as part of the application process – 1 day
Other workshops and training sessions include:
- Climate Fresk Workshop: understanding the causes and consequences of climate change
- AI Fresk Workshop: understanding the environmental and societal impacts of AI use, and learning how to use AI appropriately in your business
- Various workshops and training sessions on a selection of topics: life-cycle analysis, food waste, sustainable food, sustainability indicators, linen management, cleaning products, responsible communication, local impact and territorial anchoring, etc.
- Awayke workshops to develop greater self-awareness and better understand your colleagues (more details in the “Education” section)
- Tailor-made workshops and training programmes can also be developed to meet your specific needs.
Deliverables may include:
- Training materials
- Individual certificates of completion for participants
