I have been trained on tools originally designed to help young people better understand themselves and find their place in the professional world.
This approach can also be highly relevant within companies, as taking a step back to better understand ourselves and others can be valuable at any age. It can improve communication and interactions within the workplace and, in turn, strengthen the quality of collaboration and help foster employee retention.

The courses offered are tailored to each institution’s educational programme.
For several years, Travel Etc has been supporting 9th-grade students as well as higher education students (BTS / Master’s level) in exploring CSR-related topics. The aim is to prepare them for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
Deliverables may include:
